I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and have an MBA from Open University’s Open Business School plus 35 years experience in international human resources. I am former Group HR Director and Vice President of some of the world’s leading companies across Europe, EMENA and Asia – I spent 6 years living and working in the Middle East for Arab owned family businesses.
My last corporate role was leading the HR Practice for international US law firm Squire Patton Boggs.
I have broad Public and Private industry experience, having worked in over 20 different sectors including; professional services, oil and gas, banking, engineering, retail, construction, education, manufacturing, print and media, rail and automotive.
I currently work as independent HR consultant and interim working with CEOs and their Boards as well as smaller businesses including start-ups.
For leisure, I build, read, paint, play sport, travel and walk-but alas not all at the same time!
